Position Overview
As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Assist with service appointments and check-in procedures
- Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure efficient customer flow
- Provide updates on service timelines and vehicle status
- Arrange shuttle services or loaner vehicles as needed
- Maintain a clean and welcoming customer lounge
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Support customer satisfaction and follow-up efforts
- Handle administrative and communication tasks
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Automotive or hospitality experience (preferred, not required)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
